Description
In this
2-day course, participants will create and manage different aspects of a
project using Microsoft Project 2007. Participants will learn how to
create projects, enter tasks, organize schedules, assign task
relationships, add resources, customize calendars, and assign costs to
tasks and resources. Once the project has begun, participants will learn
how to manage a project plan by using calendars, evaluating and
adjusting time, resource, and cost factors; and tracking progress.
