Mary Lynn Dubler, President of Office Training Services, started the company in 1987. She received a master's degree from Virginia Tech University. After teaching at the college level for several years, her interest shifted to computers. By the time she started Office Training Services, she had several years experience in personal computer training and support. Since its inception, the company has expanded tremendously in its offerings and instructional staff.

 

Julie Anderson received a bachelor's degree in education from National College in Evanston. Julie worked for Baxter Healthcare where she held a number of administrative positions. During her ten-year tenure, she was promoted and assumed responsibilities for computer support and training throughout the United States. Since joining Office Training Services in early 1992, she has trained computer users in both small businesses and large corporations.

 

Jane Haynes brings over 19 years of general business, training, and management experience to Office Training Services.  She has developed and conducted training courses on a national basis in large corporate settings as well as smaller, more intimate class situations.  Jane’s business experience, entrepreneurial skills, and volunteer background allow her to effectively meet the broad spectrum of Office Training Services client needs.

 

Susie LaBelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from John Brown University.  She has had a wide range of teaching experiences including teaching music to children and adults. Her background includes administrative and supervisory roles as well as mentoring and facilitating the growth of new instructors. She brings much enthusiasm and creativity to Office Training Services where she particularly enjoys working with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

 

Deanne Rehmer joined Office Training Services in 1993. Her background includes extensive teaching history at Oakton Community College and Glenbrook Evening High School where she continues to teach business and computer classes. Deanne received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and has subsequently earned graduate credits in Computer Education. During her tenure at Oakton Community College, Deanne has designed and conducted numerous computer related faculty workshops.

 

Gwen Shaw received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College of Missouri. Gwen's teaching and training career began as a professional corporate tour guide and as an aide assisting children in the public school system with reading and language arts studies. Since joining Office Training Services, Inc. in 1998, Gwen has gained extensive training experience teaching end-user courses at every level. Her knowledge, thoroughness, and patience have proven to be valuable assets to her students.
